The Kopa x Project is the Foundation's flagship community transformation initiative. "Kopa" means to borrow — the model is built on the conviction that transformation cannot be delivered from outside a community; it must be borrowed from within it. We identify local leaders, equip them with frameworks, and partner with them to design change that the community owns.

Kopa x Project operates in partnership with other nonprofits, local government areas, and community organisations. We don't duplicate what others are already doing — we amplify it.

The Transform School Outreach Program delivers age-appropriate leadership content directly into secondary schools and tertiary institutions. We meet students where they are — with frameworks, mentors, and the conviction that leadership is not something you wait for. It starts now, in the classroom, in the corridor, in the decision you make today.

The programme is not a motivational talk. It is a structured session that introduces students to core leadership frameworks and connects them with the TKLN network — including pathways to scholarships and future programmes.

The Transform Leadership Conference is the Foundation's annual flagship event — a full-day gathering of leaders, changemakers, scholars, partners, and community members united around the conviction that transformation is possible. Keynotes, framework workshops, panel sessions, scholar recognition, and community building. Free for Foundation scholars. Open to all.
